Day 01 Arrival

Kathmandu airport, transfer to the hotel, overnight stay there 5 * standard.

Your adventure and cultural journey to Nepal will begin after your arrival at Tribhuvan International. Kathmandu airport.  After landing, take your bag and go to the immigration service, where you can get a visa to Nepal. We will send you an invitation for a visa upon arrival, the original will be at Kathmandu airport, and you will show the same copy from your mobile phone, then the guest will get a visa at Kathmandu airport. Day 02: Kathmandu 

Early morning after breakfast, we will take a private Toyota Hiace to explore the attractions during our stay in the city, which is the base camp of mountaineers. Here there are many tour operators and small shops with a wide selection of equipment. After buying it, you will have the opportunity to visit the village of Swayambhunath with a sacred temple complex, also known as the «Monkey Temple» and a pilgrimage site for Hindus and Tibetans. Visit the medieval Bhaktapur with its abundance of pagodas, fairy-tale palaces with carved balconies, renowned for its unique architecture and art. Also, we are waiting for the very colorful Pashupatinath temple where people are still burned on the bonfires. In the evening, we will spend time in Thamel where you can do some shopping. With us will be a local Russian-speaking guide, a former practitioner.

Day 03: Flight to Pokhara (1960 m, 7 hours of walking).

We fly to Pokhara for a lake walk, shopping and rest in the hotel. The lake walk is optional and you can rent a boat to the other side of the lake and climb up to the temple where you can have an amazing view of the city and the lake.

Day 04: 20-minute flight to Jomsom airport. Located at an altitude of 2770 meters above sea level. 

 

Further, the multi-day route is carried out along the Himalayan trails connecting settlements in the Annapurna ring. Since this is already mountainous terrain, acclimatization of the body is necessary. Therefore, for gradual adaptation, intermediate exits with return to the camp will be organized. Also, all participants will be provided with the necessary equipment.

 

Day 05: Muktinath Valley (3800 m)

We will settle in the monastery and spend most of our time here. This paradise corner, called «the place of salvation and healing of the soul,» has immense value for pilgrims. It was mentioned in the epic narrative «Mahabharata,» originally created in the first millennium BC and subsequently edited by several generations. We start taking «Cordiceps» to prepare for the high-altitude conditions. The immunomodulatory drug strengthens the immune system, increases the elasticity of the vessels, and stimulates the body’s resistance to infections.

Day 06: Visiting Baba

A walk to the ruined temple of Muktinath Baba, located on the way to the Vishnu lakes and named after the venerable sadhu-baba (4200 m) living there. Then we will go to the cave where Rinpoche once levitated and left a characteristic trace in the rock. We will stay, feel the power of these places.

 

Day 07 Sacred birch forest 4000м.

One of the stages of the author’s tour in Nepal includes a radial acclimatization exit to the Sacred Forest with birches, located at an altitude of 4000 m. The trees here are quite unlike those we are used to seeing. Here they have curved shapes and even curling trunks. All day, there is a temple where one can meditate and do puja, hang flags. In the evening we are expecting the highest sauna in the world!

Day 08: Horse Riding

We take a jeep to the start of the Tikki village trail and get on horses and head to Yak-Kharka for a night of camping in tents. Horses, sleeping bags, food, drinks, porters, guide. We will take care of everything.

Day 09: Storming Lake Tilicho

A stopover at the campground with a night in tents. This point of the Annapurna ring will delight with alpine meadows and meetings with small herds of yaks. Day 10: Tilicho

Day 11 Manang

Day 13  Milarepa Cave

We will spend two days in the vicinity of the village of Manang. Day 16: Thorong Phedi — Thorong La Pass (5416 m) — Muktinath (3800 m, 9 hours of walking). 

The long-awaited assault of the Thorong La Pass (5400 m), which is only 200 meters below Elbrus. Today is your day of adventures in the Annapurna trekking that will be unforgettable, because you will cross one of the highest passes in the world (Thorong La Pass, 5416m). You will go very early in the morning, walking 8-9 hours to Muktinath. There are no technical problems, but a physical walk is needed to solve them. You must walk slowly and safely with your trekking team, although our guide and porters will be with you. During the ascent, you will have a fantastic view of the Annapurna range, the west and east of Chulu, and the incredible Kali Gandaki valley. From the summit of Thorong, water and ice in the east move towards the Marsyangdi River, and the western part — towards the Kali Gandaki River. After 3-4 hours of walking from Fedi you will be at the top, take a picture and descend to the Kali Gandaki valley with a stunning view of Dhaulagiri (8167 m) and the peak of Tukuche (6920 m). After you leave, the Mustang region begins, and finally you will get to the Hindu / Buddhist pilgrimage in Muktinath. In the evening, a fifteen-minute walk to the famous Hindu temple of Muktinath, where many Hindus come from Nepal and India to worship and pray to God Vishnu. That same famous temple of 108 streams. Where, according to legend, Vishnu spun karma after a quarrel with Shiva. Rejuvenate in the pool with living water. And then the highest bathhouse in the world awaits us. Day 17: Muktinath

Day 18: Jomsom — Pokhara (flight 15 minutes to Pokhara)

Transfer by jeep to Jomsom, 50 Plane to Pokhara. We recommend flying from Pokhara to Jomsom early in the morning. If you want to walk the entire Annapurna track; You need another 5-6 days from Jomsom to Pokhara. You will have a free day in Pokhara, overnight in the hotel.

Day 19: Pokhara — Kathmandu (by private transport). 

Overnight in the hotel. We fly to Kathmandu from Pokhara after completing the beautiful Annapurna track. Enjoy the views of the hills, river and local villages during the drive.
